Xolo Q1010i with 8MP Exmor R camera

After launching the 6-inch Q2500 PocketPad, Xolo has quietly launched one more phablet dubbed Q1010i with a 5-inch display. Priced at Rs 13,499, it's the successor to the recently launched Q1010 and has retained most of the specs. Besides the lens system and onboard storage, it's retained the specs seen in the Q1010.

The highlight and major difference within the Q1010i is that the Exmor R camera sensor from Sony. The 8-megapixel rear snapper gets a Sony Exmor R lens with f2.0 aperture and LED flash. One will also realize a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.

Xolo Q1010i comes fitted with a 5-inch IPS display with 720×1280 pixels of resolution. It employs One Glass solution show together with Asahi’s scratch resistant glass. similar to its predecessor, the Q1010i additionally comes with dual-SIM capabilities.

Under the hood, it's powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK 6582 processor and mali 400 graphics, including 1GB RAM. On the storage front, it gets an 8GB aboard storage that's expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The connectivity choices embody Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and A-GPS capabilities.

It runs on rather older android 4.2 jelly bean, upgradeable to android 4.4 KitKat. All of this is fuelled by a 2250mAh battery that promises nine.7 hours of talktime and 685 hours of standby time on 3G.
